Randhir Studios is built on a foundation of trust and artistic excellence. These terms ensure a seamless experience as we welcome you into our family. Our goal is to protect your memories and maintain the high standards of service that define our legacy.

Booking Terms & Conditions | Randhir Studios

At Randhir Studios, we don’t just capture photos; we capture emotions and build lifelong relationships. To ensure a smooth experience and maintain the excellence started by Mr. Randhir Singh Phaguwala in 1991, we follow these simple guidelines:

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • The Legacy Bond: Your booking is officially confirmed only after the receipt of a 50% non-refundable retainer fee and a signed agreement.

  • The Date is Yours: Once the retainer is paid, we turn down all other inquiries for that specific date to ensure our family team is fully dedicated to you.

2. Payment Schedule

  • Advance: 50% at the time of booking.

  • Pre-Event: 40% to be cleared at least 7 days before the main event.

  • Final Balance: The remaining 10% is due upon the completion of the shoot, before the delivery of the high-resolution digital gallery or albums.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellation: In the heart-breaking event of a cancellation, the retainer fee remains non-refundable as it covers our lost opportunity to book other clients.

  • Rescheduling: We understand that life happens. If you need to change your date, we will do our best to accommodate you based on our availability. A rescheduling fee may apply if the new date is in a different season or year.

4. Artistic Vision & Editing

  • Our Signature Style: By booking us, you trust the creative vision and editing style of Randhir Studios. We put our heart into post-production to ensure your photos look like “Timeless Art.”

  • Raw Files: To maintain the integrity of our craft, we provide only the final, professionally edited images. Raw or unedited files are not shared.

5. Delivery Timeline

  • Sneak Peeks: We know you’re excited! A few “Golden Moments” will be shared within 48 to 72 hours of the event.

  • The Full Gallery: Your complete edited digital gallery will be delivered within 4 to 6 weeks.

  • Physical Albums: Once you select your favorite shots, the design and printing of the heirloom album take approximately 4 to 8 weeks.

6. Team Welfare (The Family Touch)

  • Meals: As we become a part of your family during the event, we kindly request that the same meal arrangements made for guests be provided for our hard-working crew (Photographers & Cinematographers). This keeps our energy high to capture your best moments!

7. Copyright & Promotion

  • Showcasing Love: Randhir Studios reserves the right to use selected images/videos for our portfolio, website, and social media to inspire other couples, unless a “Privacy Request” is specifically discussed and agreed upon in writing beforehand.
