Pre-Wedding Photoshoot – $550 CAD

Pre-Wedding Photo + Video – $1,300 CAD

Additional Team Members

– Photographer (Half Day) – $550 CAD

– Photographer (Full Day) – $950 CAD

– Videographer (Half Day) – $650 CAD

– Videographer (Full Day) – $1,100 CAD

Enhancements

– Same Day Edit (SDE) – $700CAD

– Next Day Edit (NDE) – $500CAD

– Live Streaming – $500 CAD

– Drone Coverage (Per Event) – $350 CAD

Albums & Prints

– Photobook (150–200 photos) – $300 CAD

– Photobook (200–250 photos) – $500 CAD

– Photobook Combo (250–350 photos) – $750 CAD

Additional Charges

– Extra Hour (Per Person) – $250 CAD

Confirmation

A signed contract and a 30% non-refundable booking fee are required to secure your event date. Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit is received.

Payment Terms

The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 14 days before the event. No services will be delivered without full payment.

Cooperation

The client agrees to cooperate with the team to ensure smooth coverage. It is recommended to assign a family member or coordinator to assist with organizing group photos. Clients must inform the team in advance about key moments, such as entrances, ceremonies, and special rituals.

Event Schedule

Timely execution of the event is essential, and delays may impact the quality of coverage. While we always strive to provide full coverage, it cannot be guaranteed in the case of significant delays.

Guest Interference

Guests are kindly requested not to interfere with the photographers or videographers during key moments. We are not responsible for missed shots caused by interruptions.

Copyright

All photos and videos remain the property of Randhir Studios. Clients receive rights for personal use only. Commercial use requires written permission.

Model Release

The client grants permission to use images and videos for portfolio, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes.

Cancellation Policy

The booking fee is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, the amount may be applied as studio credit for a future booking (subject to availability).

Limitation of Liability

In case of illness, emergency, or any unforeseen situation, we will arrange for a replacement team member. If services cannot be provided, liability is limited to a refund of payments received. In rare cases of data loss, liability is limited to the amount paid.

Delivery & Editing

Raw photos may be provided with a watermark/logo for selection purposes. Final edited photos will be delivered according to the selected package. Additional editing or re-editing will incur separate charges.

Overtime

Any coverage beyond the agreed hours will be charged at $250 CAD per hour, per team member.

Albums & Prints

Photobooks and albums are optional unless included in the package. Additional costs and shipping charges may apply.

Drone Policy

Drone usage depends on location and government regulations. We do not operate drones in restricted or residential areas where they are not permitted.

Additional Events

Any extra functions not mentioned in the contract will be charged separately.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide a complete event schedule in advance. Any special traditions or important moments should be communicated prior to the event.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as weather, government restrictions, or emergencies, the event will be rescheduled based on mutual agreement.

Liability for Fines

If any fines or penalties occur due to violations of venue rules or public safety regulations, the client will be responsible for covering those costs.

Exclusions

Makeup, costumes, props, and styling are not included unless specifically mentioned.

No Refund Policy

All bookings are final. No refunds will be issued once the booking is confirmed.

By signing this contract, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions.
